How to Cite a Movie or DVD

It's simple to cite a motion picture DVD in a resource list. The specific format for correctly citing a motion picture DVD will depend on whether you're adhering to the American Psychological Association (APA) format or the Modern Language Association (MLA) format. Most papers in the area of the humanities require MLA format, and most papers in the area of the social sciences require APA format. Clarify the expected format with your professor if you are unsure.
