How to Get Your Book on Audible

Updated April 17, 2017

Audible is an audio book company that allows customers to download audio books in a variety of formats to a variety of devices. If you have a book you have recorded and want on Audible, there is more to it than sending Audible an email requesting that your book be listed. You need to have at least five audio books recorded. Usually an engineer is the person who collects recordings and contacts Audible about listing audio books on Audible's site.

Professionally record five audio programs or books. If these are your own books, then you do not have to worry about copyright.

Contact Audible. Explain what you have and how many more audio programs you can produce in six months.

Wait to hear whether Audible accepts your audio programs as part of its sales site.
