How to Cite a Norton Critical Edition

Norton Critical Editions are books that contain additional material designed to help a student understand literature classics. If you are citing the Norton Critical Edition as a whole, you should follow the format for citing a printed book. If you are citing from a particular essay contained within the work, you should follow the format for citing an article contained within a book.
